congratulations on your new back yard. There is still a box of books and journals in my garage from my move two months ago. There is a spot on my bookshelf for the contents but really, why rush? It waits patiently for what may be just one hour of my time. I just cannot commit to it.
prioritize, organize, repeat has been a most helpful phrase that has stuck with me. I repeat it every day as I lose track of my intended goals frequently. Thank you for that little bit of organizational wisdom. As I write this I notice I left the drawers and cupboards all open in the kitchen. Good luck with property ownership.
